Welcome to Life Transfigured

Mindful simplicity may call to mind a monastic life.  A life lived in quiet pursuits.  I’ve tried to find the words to explain how we try to live.  We grow a great deal of our food, but we aren’t a homestead. We spend much time in quietude, but we aren’t overtly religious.  We are neither conservative, nor liberal.  We don’t have an a “goal” other than to live our lives fulfilled.

I am a yoga instructor (though I hate that term, as I see myself as always seeking and learning).  My husband works in tech, though abhors a life too dependent on it.  Our oldest is departed and our youngest had medical struggles.

Life is immensely fragile and we don’t want to miss a nanosecond of what we have left.

There never seems to be enough time to get all the projects completed.  This is a journey.
